We specialize in authentic Ethiopian food & coffee. We have a variety of gluten free and vegan options. We take pride in being able to offer Organic ingredients from Ethiopia.We make our homemade injera/bread fresh daily using only the finest Teff (gluten free grain). What really sets us apart from the rest is the way we prepare our meat dishes. We use a unique method of cooking the meat purified butter(ghee). We also make our own fresh cheese using the highest quality butter & whole milk. If you haven’t had authentic Ethiopian cuisine than you are in for a real treat.
