Launched in 2019 – Our menu is rooted in African culinary traditions. From the farm to your bowl, we thoughtfully source our ingredients in collaboration with smallholder organic farmers in Africa, and local organic producers in America.

Business Owner

Chef, Restauranteur, Social Entrepreneur, Culinary Ambassador. Raised in Dakar, Senegal. Pierre previously operated two restaurants in Brooklyn, NY, Yolélé and Le Grand Dakar, visionary African bistros that became cultural centers for Africans from the continent and the diaspora. Pierre is the executive chef at the celebrated Nok by Alara in Lagos, Nigeria. Pierre is the author of Yolele!, the first Senegalese cookbook published in the English language, and the more recently published Senegal, a James Beard Award finalist. www.pierrethiam.com
